TacElevate is a 0.1 mil resolution (<0.01 degree) inclinometer and high-precision level. It uses signal processing to display readings that are stable and useable at such resolution. It is intended to measure small angular changes in elevation, or inclination, such as when surveying or setting-up long-range laser or sighting systems. Units of measure include degrees, mils, milliradians, percentage grade, and the vector component of gravity (G). Performance is optimized for the lab or bench environment over low angles, however it has an operational range of +/-70 degrees, and built-in functions are provided to calibrate both the measurement range and zero.
